It’s his brother’s and he uses it on himself as a dying fulfillment request and then turns into a fat slob who gets all the girls, “Johnny Casanova.” A mobster is after him and nearly kills him until Superboy rescues him and a brainwashed, lovestruck Lana and they escape with Superboy knowing the secret.
