A crooked developer tries to steal from the poor and the state but gets defeated by Superboy, T.J. and of course a mystic bird lady who almost kills Superboy saying he broke a promise. Clark got the developer to back off for a while but it was a rouse. The developer had no such plans and tried to kill Superboy to keep things under wraps. If not for quick thinking and perverence from Clark the bird woman would have been killed and impoverished and the state would have been robbed of large sums of money. Thank you Superboy and T.J.
