Lex is lost and is in a dimension that he now wants to conquer after his doppleganger framed that dimension’s Superboy for killing him. It’s hell in the multiverse and now you have two Lex’s on the loose and maybe the other Lex wants to come to our earth and rule. Tit for tat, swap for swap.
