So Lana witnessed an attempted murder and is literally chased around town all throughout this episode. It was horrible and terrifying seeing her shot at. The main threat in this piece is from the same man who would go on to play Shang Tsung in the 1995 Mortal Kombat movie. He was younger in 1988 but I still recognized his ugly face. Clark was all around the place trying to sort out his affairs but almost missed the mark on a resourceful Lana.
Lana almost got killed at the last minute and the cop who was supposed to be the cleanest was actually dirty too. It was dirty cops all over the place. Yes, the boys in blue were dirty too and Lana didn’t know wh to trust. She even got hit by a hippee’s van and was unconscious for a short while her saviour nursed her back to health before Superboy saved her. Thanks to Superboy and Clark Kent.
