Dogs really do go to heaven, just like in the cartoon. An old man and his faithful companion go out into the woods and pass away. They died in the woods hunting despite calls from his wife not to. They return the next morning as invisible dead people/ghosts and now they are almost admitted into hell if not for the dog’s sense of moral direction and rebukes the devil’s servant. They then get accepted into the real heaven, not in the Twilight Zone. Farewell folks.
