This is the pilot for The Twilight Zone from the 1950s? This was spooky entertainment for an adult, maybe children in this time period? Not spooky or scary at all but this is what attracted viewership at the time and it really wowed people. But we see a man dreaming about being in world war two every night but was really going back in time to woerld war two with Franklyn Rosevelt as president.
Everyone thought he was crazy including a young newlywed couple who got offended after a while and a bartender and eventually his psychiatrist when he was awake. Then he really went back via dreams as he usually did and gets shot to death by a fighter plane in 1941 and dies, for real. Then when the bartender is asked about him he said he looked familiar but never knew him.
Scary a bit but weak. These were the times then and I am goingb to do my old school, black and white, sci-fi blog for content back in the 1960s and earlier as well as content from the 1990s like goosebumps, are you afraid of the dark, thhwe outerr limits andmore. I am sooo in the zone right now.
