This episode was interesting and it’s the finale to season four which almost saw Superman reveal his true identity to Lois and Jimmy. He came close, very close and he even took off his Clark Kent glasses too. Perry gave them an assignment to carry out and they got captured by pirates and the interesting thing is the U.S. Navy didn’t believe Superman when he tried to tell them. They scoffed and went about their mission but Superman wasn’t phased and did the right thing and it saved the day. This was a great episode and capped off a lacklustre season which still resonated with fans in the 1950s.
